This beautiful building has a rich history. Around 1895, it housed Utrecht's first custom clothing store for men and children, called Magazijn “De Dom”. The hotel is named after one of the original owners, Grove & Hunfeld.
During the renovation and furnishing of The Hunfeld, we embraced this piece of history, creating a cool and trendy hotel that still pays homage to our past.
